I had been seeing this Restaurant in my neighborhood for some time now but did not get a chance to visit. Finally I convinced one of my friends to accompany me on a Friday night. We made up our mind all of a sudden and didn’t book a table before-hand. It wasn’t hard to a get a table for two.

Ambiance The Menu
The Ambiance:
The theme is really cool in the restaurant. Pakka Local which literally means Strictly Local has done good job in arranging the place nicely to give the visitors a good vibe. At the entrance they had this beautiful collage of Indian Actors. The restaurant is quite spacious, it’s quite good for both both family dinner or a formal dinner.
They have a separate space for birthday and other celebration. I was taking photo of the space… One of the staff was so nice, he switched on the lights to get a better pic!
The Staff:
Staff was courteous, the ladies were dressed in saree which fit perfectly to the theme. They were quiet prompt in taking the order and serving the food, also took time to talk to us if we liked the food or not.
The Real Deal ==> The Food:
Our food selection was strange I would say. My friend wasn’t ready to have any kind of main course… So we ordered just starters! We ordered
Chicken Drumsticks : Was crispy and mildly spicy.
Dragon Chicken : It was spicy, covered in some kind of hot sauce. The taste was good, couldn’t enjoy for the spice level.
Tandoori Machi : This was the best I think, the fish was fresh and juicy, the spice blend was just perfect- not too spicy, not too bland.

Apart from these, we ordered mock-tail.
Mango Tango : Expected it to be sweet and sour. It’s a sweet drink prepared with mango, cream and sweet syrup- worth a try!
Virgin Mojito : It was fine too.
My overall experience is good, I can imagine myself going to Pakka Local again.
I would rate my overall experience as 3.5/5
